This is a surprising find on here.. If it is what I think it is, it's a duckweed, the world's smallest flowering plant. I did an experiment with these in college.. they're quite small and that makes this photo unbelievably good! Also because they're usually in clusters but this one (actually looks like its about to split in two!) is solitary. Great original shot! Way to look for the details in nature! :eyes:

Thanks =)
It was in a botanical garden, in a small pond, and there was some more of them there, but this one looked so lonely and in the dark by itself that I just had to take this picture =)

Wow! I love this shot! I don't think I'll bore you by praising your amazing photography skills any more, but I just wanted to say that I love the perspective of the photo... rather than being normal, it's almost upside down and twisted. Awesome! :)

very nicely composed. and the contrasting colors are perfect. however, the only thing i can point out that i can critique is the lightness of the right pedal. to me, it just seems more white than it needs to be for this shot. so at the most, i might suggest some editing to bring the green out in that particular pedal. great shot nonetheless!

I like the way the water creates an outline around the leaves. The light makes it pop off the page and look real. Very nice!
